オンラインレストランパートナー入店に関するご案内
1.レストランパートナーとしてお申し込みいただく際は、必ず本人の正確かつ有効な情報をご提出ください。
2.審査が承認された後、パートナーとして契約を結ぶレストランを選択し、オンラインデリバリー事業の代理パートナーとして業務を開始していただきます。
3.提携レストランに注文が発生した場合、パートナーは速やかに対応し、レストランと円滑かつ協力的な関係を維持してください。
4.注文は、お客様が受け取った時点で配達完了とみなされます。
5.配達完了の注文に関しては、資金は一旦プラットフォームの監督下にあるウォレットに反映されます。その後、プラットフォームが受取確認および食品安全・アフターサービス上の問題がないことを確認したうえで、資金を店舗ウォレットに解放します。
6.レストランとのパートナーシップ契約を締結したパートナーは、誠実かつ責任を持って運営し、関連費用の支払いを遅延させないようにしてください。
7.注文発生後は、原則として3日以内に処理・精算を行ってください。やむを得ない事情で3日以内に処理できない場合は、事前にカスタマーサポートまでご連絡ください。最長でも7日以内に対応する必要があります。7日を超えて未処理の場合、店舗の信用に影響が生じます。なお、複数回の未処理・未精算が続いた場合、店舗アカウントの凍結措置が取られる可能性があります。
8.オンラインレストランへの入店は、初期費用ゼロで開店可能です。料金は一切発生いたしません。
Merchant Settlement Contract Announcement
1. To apply as a restaurant partner, applicants must provide their true and valid personal information.
2. After approval, applicants need to choose the restaurant they want to partner with, thereby establishing an online food delivery agent partnership.
3. When the partnered restaurant receives orders, the partner must handle them promptly and maintain a cooperative, mutually supportive relationship with the restaurant.
4. Once the customer receives the delivery, it represents the completion of that order.
5. For completed delivery orders, funds will be quickly reflected in the platform'sescrow wallet. The platform will review whether the customer has received the order and confirm there are no food safety issues or after-sales needs before releasing the funds back to your store wallet.
6. After establishing a partnership with the restaurant, the agent partner should operate honestly and responsibly and must not delay payment of any fees related to the partnered restaurant.
7. Once an order is generated, the restaurant partner should handle and settle it within 3 days. If, for special reasons, it cannot be completed within 3 days, please contact customer service in advance to explain. Orders must be processed within a maximum of 7 days. Failure to do so will affect the store's reputation. Note: Repeated failure to handle and settle orders may result in the store being frozen.
8. Online restaurant enrollment allows you to open a store with zero upfront capital and without paying any fees.
申请入驻须知
1.申请入驻成为餐厅合伙人须本人真实有效资料。
2.审核通过后,需选择想要成为合伙人的餐厅，从而建立线上外卖业务的代理合伙人
3.代理的餐厅有订单时,合伙人需要及时处理并和合作的餐厅建立互帮互助的良好关系
4.客人在收到外卖后，既代表该餐单的配送完成，
5.配送完成的外卖订单，资金会迅速反映到平台监管钱包内，平台系统会根据并审查客人是否收货以及无食品安全及需要售后的部分后将资金解冻并返还到您的店铺钱包中。
6.和餐厅建立合伙人代理机制后,代理合伙人应认真诚信经营,不得拖延合作餐厅的相关费用
7.订单产生后,餐厅合伙人应该在3日内处理并结算,因特殊原因无法在3日内完成,请提前联系客服说明原因,最长不超过7日内处理订单,超过7日未处理的将影响店铺信誉,注:多次不处理并结算订单将影响店铺直接冻结
8.线上餐厅入驻可以享0资金开店,无需缴纳任何费用。
